Accessing Mitchell1 figures & diagrams

Max, A few days ago I lost the ability to access the wiring diagrams and figures on Mitchell1/ repair section. I have reloaded the SVG and Adobe and followed their users guide step by step, and I still can't get it back. I spent an hour on the phone with Mitchell1 service this morning they blamed my computer which I sincerely doubt. I had this problem when I first signed on as moderator, but all of a sudden it worked until a couple of days ago. I can login, enter year/make/model, fine. I can get to the wiring diagram or figures list just fine. But, when I click on a given diagram, it turns shade and nothing else happens. I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong, but after 2 days, I can't find it. Hope you can help. I'm dead in the water without it. Thanks, Jim

Can you send me a screenshot? Also, what kind of computer setup do you have? Please list your operating systems, and version of SVG and ADOBE.

Mitchell1 is probably right, it is probably your computer. We just have to find out what the error is and fix it.
