What I would do is to try to eliminate what the problem might me. Take out your graphics card, memory modules, hard drives and other cards from your computer plus any perhipials attached to it so you basically only have the motherboard and power supply. Start the computer and listen to it, it should beep or have any indication the motherboard gets power. Next step would be to add one memory module to your motherboard and do the same, then add the graphics card to see if it turns your screen on.. etc you do this until you have all component added to your computer, and if it stops working while doing it, the last component you put in is probably faulty.
You can also try to eliminate the problem the other way around, take out a part of your computer and turn it on to see if it works, if not take out another part etc..
I have a feeling though that your computer got overheated and the cpu might have been damaged. If you have an extra cpu lying around try to replace your cpu you have in your computer with it. If that does not work and nothing else works, it is probably because of a faulty motherboard.
Before you try anything i mentioned above, try to re-seat your graphics card into another slot in your computer and turn it on.
Let me know what happens! Might sound intimidating, but it is the only way to determine what is wrong.
