I have Dell 2400, I have Microsoft business suite installed has been for years, a couple weeks ago everytime I try to open a file a message pops up and says "Pleas wait winle windows configures cc Common". It appears to be installing but just continues until you hit cancel. The file will open but you cannot change anything in the file. Please help.

Do you have any Norton antivirus products installed on your computer? That is probably the cause of it.

Remove Norton completely, and then re-install it.
