Hello,
I would like to know how I can test my hard drive to make sure that is my problem. Here is what happened on 10/25/09 afternoon.
I was working on computer screen just all of a sudden went wacky sceen looked like small squares white with what appeared to be "!!!"
I tried hit Ctrl , Alt & Del Nothing happen and computer wouldn't do anything. So, I finally held the Power Button till it shut down. Waited about 10 - 15 seconds and pressed power button to turn on. It powered On, the HDD Light came on for about 2 - 3 seconds and Nothing would not boot up. Everything seems to be powered cd opens with no problems.
Also is there a way I can get into the Bio if the HDD is dead.
