computer power failure
Here is my situation, hope you can help.
 My stepdaughter has an Acer 5520. I can plug the power cource in and the power light comes on, but the computer will not power up.She was told that her portable battery was dead and that was what the problemis. abd that her computer will not work plugged in or portable without a good battery.Is this true. need help. thnx
