computer will not boot after power supply change

Computer was shutting down and rebooting on its own - then went dead completely. Looks like I neglected to dust the power supply and turns out it was dead. Replaced the supply. Computer will now fire up, all fans turn on, lights come on, but no beep or attempt to boot. Any thoughts? Thanks.
