Dell Laptop Blank/Dark Screen

I have a Dell Latitude D610. Everything has been working fine. One morning I turned it on and everything seemed fine. The Dell screen came up but then the screen goes black. I am able to go into setup so the screen bulb seems fine. Is there a way to do a system restore from setup?

First, turn the computer on.

Second, at the boot screen after you see the Dell logotype, press and hold Ctrl then press F11, then release both keys at the same time.

If that does not work. Restart your computer, and after the Dell logotype press Ctrl and F11 repeatly at the same time.

The Dell recovery partition wizard should show up if you are successful.
