Disk error !

when I try to boot up...I get " A disk read error occured Press Ctrl +Alt+Del to restart". I do that and it tries to reboot and does the same thing? If I push the access IBM during the intial boot up it goes into the Bios...but knowing nothing...I haven't changed anything in the Bios ( i left alone). What do I need to do?

After what event did this occur? Di you install a new drive? Or did you mabye have a cd or dvd inserted in your cd/dvd player? Try to remove the disc and reboot.

If you installed a new hardrive or replaced one, you might have to change the boot options in your bios for it to load the new harddrive.
