I havent' been able to complete several installations that I've downloaded. After I download the files and open the executeable file, Windows says that files need to be extracted in order to run the installation. After I click "extract files", nothing happens - the location specified for the extracted files is empty.
When I click on the executeable file again, the same thing happens.
I am logged in as the administrator.
Are there any settings keeping this from working?
