Is there a case I can get to put a Internal Floppy Disc into to make it a external FD drive

To be honest, no, I don't think there's such a kit. I could be wrong though.

It's probably not cost effective to make and sell a case as you describe since USB floppy drives are pretty cheap nowadays.

It's technically possible to do it yourself, but then again, the parts you need to use may probably cost more than buying a new USB floppy drive in the first place.
