Lap top keeps shutting down during reformat
my laptop keeps shutting down, i figured i had a virus so i started to reformat it. now the computer keeps shutting down while it is reformating, what could be the cause of this?

Because it is a laptop it could obviously be the battery. Make sure you have the power cord attached to your laptop when you format it. Another reason why systems just shut down is because they get overheated.
How / what are you using to format your computer?
