hi, my daughter dropped my nec versa E6210, from a chair onto carpet, it has just been fixed (had only been back for 2 days) something to do with the battery, anyway now nothing works, the fan turns on for a few seconds, the battery light and the icon beside it is blue, but nothing else happens, if i insert a cd it makes a noise but then stops. please help.

Appearently it did not get fixed. Take it back to the store / repair center and let them know.
