my autorunexe stopped working

I downloaded the new Internet explorer 8 while my Panda Internet security was running. The first error I got was that I could not connect to Internet but I found out I could after turning Panda off. So I decided to take Panda out of my system and try reinstalling it but then I got the error message my autorunexe has stopped working. So now I cannot run any cds in my E drive. How can I fix this?

If all you're after is to run the Panda installer from CD, you can get around the autorun.exe problem by just clicking open the drive from My Computer, and double-clicking the setup file, usually named setup.exe or something similar.

I wouldn't worry about the autorun.exe not running, more often than not a simple reboot clears it up.
