My computer is plugged in but does not charge

Hello,

I went on a 2 week trip & when I came back I found that my lap top, in spite of being plugged in, does not charge. Anytime I unplug it, it immediately switches off. Is this something easily fixed?

Sounds like your battery has gone bad. Try to unplug your battery, clean the metal connectors (do not use water). Make sure your battery is dry and plug it back in. If that does not help at all, buy a new battery for your laptop.
