My e-mail application (Incredimail) works properly only in Safe Mode with Networking. In Normal mode, I can only deal with one e-mail before the application freezes. The technicians at Incredimail have indicated that there is a problem with something on my system interfering with Incredimail and I am supposed to figure it out. I am not a tech and have no idea what to do.
I just purchased a HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook PC with a Vista operating system. It has 4.00gb of installed memory and 2.48gb of physical memory.
The only software I have on the system other than Incredimail is Windows Office and Windows Live One Care is my virus protection.
