I am using the SSL Checkpoint VPN software, I got a new laptop recently and I am unable to connect. Every time after I type in the user name and password, IE prompts me an error message:
"SSL Network Extender Service is down and could not be started. Consider reboot the computer"
I already rebooted the machines many times, and the fact is that same VPN site can be accessed from many other computer without any problem.
My IE details
IE 8.0.7600.16
Security - Security Level for this zone- "Medium"
O/S Windows 7
Privacy Advanced, Override automatic cookie handling and allow session cookies both are checked
I even un-installed and installed SSLCheckpoint. Can some expert tell me sequentially check points so that I can isolate the problem and resolve it.

Edit: I have tried the softwear on my Laptop (Vista) and it works fine
