no power
My friend gave me a hp vectra with a pemtium 3 processor. I went to plug it in and hook-up all the connections and the power won't cut on. Everything with the power pack is hooked up. What should I do about getting the power to cut on?

Either the power supply has gone bust or the power switch cable (that is connected to the motherboard) that tells the power supply to turn on is missing or is damaged.
What model number is your hp vectra?
