I am having a problem with my printer, everytime I try to print a document it returned an error cannot print this document, I try printing from word wordpad and it's the same problem. I unplug the usb cable then plug it in again, I update the drivers (Lexmark 4200 series AIO) and restart the computer, turn off and turn back on the printer same error, can someone help me.

Sounds like a print spooler error, possibly caused by a defective/corrupt printer driver.

If you're using Windows (you didn't say what OS you use), you're best bet is to totally uninstall and reinstall your printer's drivers.
